My hometown was without power 5 days and counting. I'm glad I found this Inn to catch up on much needed sleep, WiFi (for my university studies) and cable for updates on power outage and relaxation ;-)
It's a good value for the $65-$75 price they charge. Good, clean rooms. Helpful staff.
Very friendly, clean rooms. They are renovating so there is construction going on in some areas but we haven't heard anything. Also they are pet friendly and not very many rooms are being rented out right now so it's very quiet and peaceful.
The staff was warm and welcoming to both myself and my scared kitty. They accomadated me wonderfully. Especially since I was escaping an inevidible ER visit and stay due to my high blood pressure and asthma; I had not slept for 5 days, malnourished and sick.
Super nice staff. The hotel was under renovation so the pool was not open at this time, nor was the restaurant, but there are loads of dining options nearby. The price was right, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Great parking for truckers with the option to drop your trailer, and a room discount. Very quiet place. Very good wifi. The free breakfast was make your own waffles, cereal, apples, coffee, tea, milk, juice, toast and the fixings. Overall it's a great place considering it's in the works. Air conditioner worked awesome as did the mini fridge. No microwave in our particular room. Not sure about the others. People have complained about the toilets not flushing but just hold the handle down till it's all gone and you're good. Lol. But they were right about no cold water. I just bottled mine and put it in the fridge.
Considering the last minute cleaning preparations due to hurricane Irma damage, staff and owners made sure I had everything I needed including a very nice and healthy breakfast my first morning and there after. I would recommend to everyone and definitely return.
